§ 1 Prize

The prize results from the competition description of the competition post on the respective social media channel.

A refund, cash payment or similar of the prize is excluded. Transferring the prize to third parties is not permitted.

The Verband Region Stuttgart distances itself from all obligations by handing over the prize. Verband Region Stuttgart is not liable for material defects or defects of title in the prizes.

§ 2 Duration

Information on the participation period can be found in the competition post on the respective social media platform.

Applications or contacts made outside the prize draw period cannot be considered for the prize draw.

§ 3 Eligibility to participate

Persons aged 18 and over are eligible to participate.

Employees of the organizer or their relatives are excluded from participation.

The prize will only be sent within Germany.

§ 4 Participation and obligations of the participant

By participating in the competition, participants accept the conditions of participation. Participation in the competition takes place on the respective social media channel. The entry requirements can be found in the competition description.

Multiple applications or comments from the same profile count as one entry.

Participation is only possible with posts that do not violate German law, in particular copyright law, or the meta guidelines. We reserve the right to delete unlawful or irregular comments.

Participation constitutes a declaration of complete exemption from Facebook and Instagram. This applies to all claims that may arise from or in connection with participation in the competition.

§ 5 Winners

After the end of the competition, the winners will be chosen at random.

The winners will be informed via the comment function of the social media platform under the competition post. Each winner must contact us within three working days; this can be done by e-mail to presse(at)region-stuttgart.org or via a private message to the social media profile of the Verband Region Stuttgart. The address details must be provided. If the winner does not respond within the deadline, the prize will be raffled again among all participants.

§ 6 Miscellaneous

The Verband Region Stuttgart has the right to cancel the competition if there are significant reasons for doing so.

The use of any kind of automated processes to manipulate the prize draw is prohibited.

§ 7 Data protection information

The Verband Region Stuttgart, Kronenstraße 25, 70174 Stuttgart, as the responsible body, processes your data exclusively for the purpose of correct processing and implementation of the competition and for sending the prizes.

To fulfill this purpose, we process the following personal data Name of the social media profile, first and last name, contact details

We only store the data collected as part of the competition for as long as it is necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected.

After the competition has ended and the prizes have been sent, the data will be deleted. Your personal data will not be passed on.
